Anne Arundel County Fair
On
September 18, 2011 some of our members held painting demonstrations to promote our Chapter. You ladies did an awesome
job! Below

Creative Made Craft Fair
On
October 2nd and 3rd, 2010, the CBDP participated in the Creative Made Craft Fair at the Centre at Glen Burnie. In addition
to vendors, there was a car, truck and motorcycle show, a flea martket of crafting items, demos, and a children's activity
center. The Jubienile Diabetes Research Foundation, Create IT Crafts and CBDP held raffles.

Smithsonian Renwick Gallery
The Smithsonian asked the Society of Decorative Painters to paint ornaments for their Christmas tree based
on the pictures that hang in the Renwich Gallery. Kathy Anthony and Ann Holt represented our chapter.
The "Renwick Holiday Festival" was held on December 5, 2009 in honor of the painters who made the ornaments.
Cookies and cider were served, and there were tables for painting and crafting. The Smithsonian Encore Chorale also
performed, including our own Ann Holt. Way to go ladies! Nice job!
